I wish to introduce myself as Md Mashum Billal, Assistant Professor, Department of Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh. My research interest is biomass modeling and optimization using operations research techniques. I have achieved a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Production Engineering degree from RUET holding 1st class 1st position and I have been awarded the University Gold Medal for my excellent academic records. After completing my graduation, I had joined Abdul Monem Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh, as an Officer, Supply Chain Management. Afterward, in January 2015, I joined as a Lecturer at RUET and I have got promotion as an Assistant Professor in February 2018. I have completed my M. Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh in October 2017. Now, I am  pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta, Canada.  As an Industrial Engineer, I have a strong background in this field of supply chain and optimization and I have studied a lot of related courses in graduate and undergraduate programs. Moreover, as a faculty member, I have taken many practical and theoretical courses on Operations Research, Project and Environment management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, etc. Furthermore, I have done my graduate and postgraduate thesis on Supply Chain modeling and optimizations as well as I have five journal papers and six International Conference papers.
