Sushanto Bosak is presently employed as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Rajshahi,  Bangladesh. He completed his undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from RUET with the "First Position" in the Department of EEE with a CGPA of  3.96 out of 4.00. Recently, he has completed Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from RUET with a CGPA of 4.00 out of 4.00.  Before his current position, he also worked as a Lecturer in the Department of EEE at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET), Natore, Bangladesh.  Bosak has been honoured with the "Student of the Year" award from the Department of EEE at RUET for all four consecutive academic years. Mr. Bosak is highly motivated to do research in power engineering. He got the "Best Paper Award"  at the 6th International Conference on Electrical Information and Communication Technology (EICT), KUET, Khulna, Bangladesh (2023). He has effective training in teaching methodologies titled "Methods of Instructions (MoI)" provided by BAUET. His academic interests revolve around the research areas of Hydrogen Fuel Cells, Electrolyzers, and their integration into Power Systems.
